Françoise Antech Gazeau crafted Cuvee Françoise 25 years ago when she went back to Limoux to express her personal taste in bubbles. Through the selection of her favorite tanks, she strives to reveal the perfect balance between the freshness (altitude) and complexity (ageing on lees). The Cremant de Limoux Blanc is the signature blend of Maison Antech, and illustrates the aromatic profiles of the grape varieties: chardonnay for delicacy and chenin blanc for vivacity.
Pale yellow in color, with delicate blend of white flowers, citrus, and hint of honey on the nose. Refreshing finish combining a ripe citrus and creamy taste.
