This wine is not your typical Macon! It’s medium-light bodied and complex but balanced. Tart notes of apple, pear, and lemon cut through fresh minerality, and a faintly rich finish rounds it all out. Organic.
Emma Nielson is the winemaker, orginally from Australia, she started making wine in Burgundy under Le Grappin in 2011.
